Begin your therapy journey.
What to expect from our therapy sessions
Everyone is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Our sessions will be tailored to you, your individual needs, experiences and goals.
Together, we can work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring what you wish to bring to the session and adapting our approach as your needs evolve.
My aim is to provide a supportive and personalised space where you feel heard, understood and feel safe as you explore your experiences, thoughts, feelings and emotions.
How our sessions work
Initial conversation
I offer a complimentary 20-minute telephone consultation, providing a relaxed and informal opportunity for us to talk. This initial conversation gives you the chance to ask any questions and explore whether my approach and style feel like the right fit for you. There is no obligation, simply a space to see if we can work together comfortably and effectively.
Our first session
The first session lasts 50 minutes and provides an opportunity for us to begin getting to know more about the therapeutic process. We will explore what has brought you to therapy, discuss your hopes and goals for therapy, and gain a greater understanding of how we can work together. This session is also about creating a therapeutic environment that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs, helping you feel comfortable as we begin your journey.
Sessions that work for you
All sessions last 50 minutes and can take place either in person or online, depending on your preference. Sessions are available on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, allowing us to work at a pace that suits your individual needs and circumstances. Together, we will agree on regular review points to ensure that therapy continues to meet your needs and that you are receiving the most effective, ethical, and supportive experience possible.
“Integrative Therapy brings together a range of approaches tailored to you as an individual. It considers the connection between mind, body and emotions to support wellbeing, self-awareness and meaningful change.”
